The final accounts are primarily prepared for ascertaining the operational result and the financial position of the business. These are prepared with the help of Trial Balance.

Journal entry is as follows Hari a/c......... dr. To sales a/c Here we dont write cash a/c...... dr.because it is not given that goods are sold to hari for cash. So we have to assume itz sold on credit and hence Hari's a/c is debited
