DEFERRED REVENUE EXPENDITURE IS A REVENUE EXPENDITURE IN NATURE BUT IS WRITTEN OFF IN MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNTING PERIOD BECAUSE IT IS ESTIMATED THAT BENEFIT OF SUCH EXPENDITURE WILL ACCRUE IN MORE THAN ONE FINANCIAL YEAR. EX- ADVERTISEMENT
