| 1. The Civil Disobedience movement was started in the year 1930. | 1. This movement was started in the year 1921. |

Power is shared among different organs of the government, the legislature, executive and judiciary. All the organs function at the same level. Vertical division of power implies working of the government at different levels with central government at the top ,followed by state governments and local bodies panchayats and municipalities .
