Coalition govt is one which is formed by two or more parties. As no single party enjoys absolute majority, two or more parties will form an alliance and then form government.
PM of coalition govt cannot take his own decisions as his party doesn't enjoys majority.so,he have to take concerns from other parties in alliance.so,decision making in coalition govt is slow.

Our constitution prohibits forced labour or begar in any form. It is a practice where the worker is forced to render services to the merchant free of cost or in exchange of nominal amount.
'Beggar' means free labour. This practice was prevalent in several parts of northern India. Under this practice members of low ranked caste groups had to provide labour for a fixed number of days per year to the village zamindar or landlord.

Caste: Is a very distinctive HINDU and India practice where Humans are segregated by BIRTH into a caste. Brahmin,Kshatriya,Bania, Shudra and outside the 4 varnas the DALITS or untouchables. This division and slotting into CASTES by birth has been one of the most inhuman practice of Hindus which has prevented mixing among Hindus for marriage. Even now in the 21st century marriages are mostly arranged within the same caste groups. Nowhere else in the world such SEGREGATION of Humans is decided by BIRTH.
Communalism: Communalism implies a strong sense of belonging to a particular religious community to the exclusion of others. The concept of communalism holds that religious distinction is the most fundamental and overriding distinction that separates a particular community from others. Communalism as evident from the rise of politics based on religious identity has been an important factor in the Indian political system.

A challenge is not just any problem. We usually call only those difficulties a ‘challenge’ which are significant and which can be overcome. A challenge is a difficulty that carries within it an opportunity for progress. Once we overcome a challenge we go up to a higher level than before
