By transport only good are exchanged...the exchanging method is called trade and finally we can say trade happens because of transport..
The pace of development of a country depends upon the production of goods and services as well as their movement over space.
Therefore, efficient means of transport are prerequisites for fast development.
For a long time, trade and transport were restricted to a limited space. With the development in science and technology, the area of influence of trade and transport expanded far and wide.
Today, the world has been converted into a large village with the help of efficient and fast moving transport.
Transport has been able to achieve this with the help of equally developed communication system. Therefore, transport, communication and trade are complementary to one another.

A consumer is any person who consumes and receives satisfaction by paying the value for purchasing any commodity. The consumer can be a consumer of goods or a consumer of services. The situation in which the buyers do not receive the benefits and services according to the buyer's value or the situation in which the sellers receives or charges the value of commodities higher than its value is known as consumer exploitation. Consumer exploitation can be made in many different ways in such major ways are being discussed:
a. Hoarding: Consumer exploitation is taking advantage of the consumers. The term "hoarding" may include the practice of obtaining and holding resources to create artificial scarcity, thus reducing the supply, to increase the price, so that they can be sold to customers for profit.
b. Black marketing: The black market is the strategy used to by the seller to sell the commodity in higher by creating the artificial scarcity. This is a market place which takes place outside government-sanctioned channel.
c. Adulteration: It is the process of mixing or substituting the identical and undesirable materials in the food items. This will cause heavy loss to the consumers and also leads to many diseases while consuming undesirable commodities. For example Mixing of bricks powder in chili powder, because both are identical and the consumer cannot differentiate it.
d. False claim: Sellers make a false claim about the performance and quality of their product through advertisements. This false claim may attract consumers who are not aware of the original quality of the product.
e. Under measurement: Sellers generally give under measured goods and charge for the actual quantity. This quantity reduction will increase the profit of the sellers but exploit the consumers.
f. Substandard goods: Sellers usually sell inferior quality goods in order to make more profit. But they charge the same amount for the goods then the consumer gets substandard goods for higher prices.

Nationalism developed through culture in Europe:
- Culture played an important role in creating the idea of the nation. Art, music, literature and drama helped to express, shape and strengthen nationalist sentiments.
- The cultural movement of Romanticism aimed at developing a particular form of nationalist sentiment. Romantic artists and poets generally focussed on emotions, intuition and mystical feelings and criticized the glorification of reason and science.
- Romantics like the German philosopher Johann Gottfried Herder held the view that true German culture could be discovered only among the common people, the Das Volk. The true spirit of a nation was popularised through folk songs, folk poetry and folk dances.
- The emphasis on vernacular language and the collection of local folklore were used to carry the modern nationalist message to large audiences who were mostly illiterates.

There are three factors that determine the outcome of the politics of social divisions:
- People s perception: If people see their identities in singular and exclusive terms, it will lead to social division and even violence. Social divisions may take place if people demand special recognition to their identities. If people see their identities in singular terms, it becomes very difficult to accommodate and avoid social divisions. As long as people in Northern Ireland saw themselves as only Catholic or Protestant, their differences were difficult to reconcile. It is much easier if the people see that their identities are multiple and are complementary with the national identity. A majority of Belgians now feel that they are as much Belgium nationals or citizens as they are Dutch or French German-speaking. This feeling binds them together. Though India is a multi-cultural country, the feeling of nationalism binds us together.
- The reaction of the government to demands of different groups: The outcome depends on how political leaders raise the demands of any community. It is easier to accommodate demands that are within the constitutional framework and are not at the cost of another community. If the government gives equal representation and equal share of power to all the major and minor groups in the society, the chances of social divisions minimise. If the government tries to suppress demand, it could create unrest, thereby paving the way for social divisions. For instance, the demand for only Sinhala’ was at the cost of the interest and identity of the Tamil community in Sri Lanka.
- Role of a political party and government: In another way, the political outcome of social divisions depends on how the government reacts to the demands of different groups. The role played by political leaders and the leadership provided by them play an important role in creating or filling social divisions. This is observed in Belgium and Sri Lanka. If the rulers are willing to share power and accommodate the reasonable demands of the minority community, social divisions become less threatening for the country. But if they try to suppress such a demand in the name of national unity, the end result is often quite the opposite. Such attempts at forced integration often sow the seeds of disintegration.
Thus, the assertion of social diversities in a country needs not to be seen as a source of danger. In a democracy, the political expression of social divisions is normal and can be healthy.
