1) some state likes Jammu and Kashmir has it own constitution. 2) many provision of India constitution are not applicable to this state without the approval of the state assembly. 3) Indians who are not permanent resident of the his state cannot buy land or house here. Similar special provision exist for some other states of India as well. Justify:- Jammu and Kashmir has its own constitution which it follow. Whereas other state do not have their there own constitution .they follow the rules and regulation written down in the Indian constitution.

See first what is power sharing, Power sharing is the division of power. Now, why power sharing is desirable? It has 2 main reasons:- 1. The prudential reason:- when there is Power sharing, the possibility of conflicts between the ethnic groups are less or we can say negligible. 2. The moral reason:- power sharing is the spirit of democracy that's why we could say it's desirable of a nation. Hope that helps!

Power sharing is desirable in democracy because 1) prudential reason: a) it help to reduce the possibility of conflict between social groups. since social conflict often leads to violence and political instability. b) it is a good way to ensure that is stability of political order. 2) moral reasons: a) power sharing is the very spirit of democracy. A democratic rule involves sharing power with those affected by its exercise and who have to live with its effects. b) people have a right to be consulted on how they are to be governed.
