Unorganised sector are connected by small and scattered units visual largely outside the control of the Government Employment is not secure there are rules and regulations but these are not followed the worker is asked and time by the employer to leave they do not get paid leaves provision of overtime and any other treatment

Organised sectors are registered by the government and follow rules and regulations workers in the organised sector in joy security of employment if they work more they would get overtime by the employer they get paid leaves payment during holidays provident funds and gratuity they are supposed to get medical treatments by the factory manager has to ensure facilities likes a working environment and safe drinking water etc.
