Belgium is a country in Europe with a population of 1 crore.Its capital is Brussels.Here people speak French as majority in capital city and as minority in country while Flemish as majority in country and minority in capital city.Here power is shared in both language speaking people.2. Srilanka is neighbouring country of India.Here people speak Sinhala in majority and tamil in minority.here sinhala was declared as official language
