Because the volume is human body so large, the oxygen will have to travel large distance inside the human body to reach each and every cell of the body. Now, since the diffusion is a very, very slow process, it will take a very long time to make oxygen available to all the body cells ..thus, it can't diffuse into all internal cells of the body quickly..

Leave evwrything aside amd just focus on your NCERT textbook. Read through the chapters properly and not just once, read every chapter like 2-3 times. Once you're done with that, go through the textbook questions and try to solve them. Practice your diagrams for biology and write down all the important chemical equations seperately. For physics, practice the derivations. Last but not the least, remember NOT to panic and do this calmly one by one. Panicking will just overburden you and will not understand anything.
