Yogita Ingle 5 years, 2 months ago

Balanced chemical equation: A chemical equation in which the number of atoms of reactants are equal to the number of atoms of products is called a balanced equation.

We need to balance a skeletal chemical equation because:

i. According to the law of conservation of mass, mass (or atoms) are neither created nor destroyed in chemical reactions.

ii. It means the total mass of the products formed in chemical reaction must be equal to the mass of reactants consumed.

Important points for presenting a chemical reaction- 1. It must be reactant on the left side of chemical equations. 2. It must be product that form in chemical reaction on the right side of chemical equations. 3. Remember that chemical equation is the symbolic representation of chemical reaction, so it should be represented by the symbols of given reactant and product. 4. The chemical equation should be balanced i.e. no. Of same atoms on the left side of equation should be equal to the no. Of same atoms on the right side of equation. *If you follows given points you will surely get a better result *

Gunjan Garg 5 years, 2 months ago

You should not make* any change

Gunjan Garg 5 years, 2 months ago

And remember energy can neither be createdand nor be destroyed.so it must be sure that during balancing a equation the no. of atoms in an element on the L.H.S. should be equal to R.H.S. and you must notice that you should not naje any change in their atomic no.

Harshit Bhandekar 5 years, 2 months ago

1.to balance chemical reaction,first draw boxes around each formula do not change anything inside the boxes while balancing the equation. 2.list the no. of atoms of different elements in the unbalanced equation. 3.start balancing with the compound that contains the maximum no. of atoms. 4.it may be reactant or product. 5. In that compound, select the element which has the maximum no. of atoms.

Nature of image----- real and inverted Also there ans is found out by the mirror formula as well as magnification

Shruti Janghu 5 years, 2 months ago

V= -7.2 cm Height of image = -1.6

Shobha Kumari 5 years, 2 months ago

f= -4cm u=-9cm v=? . . .1/u+1/v=1/f =1/-9+1/v=1/-4 =1/v=1/-4+1/9 =1/v=-9+4/36 =1/v=-5/36 =v=-7.2cm Hence, the position of image is at distance of 7.2 cm from the mirror. Now, m=-v/u =- (-7.2/-9) m=-0.8 Since, h1=2cm h2=? m=h1/h2 - 0.8=h2/2 H2=-1.6 Hence the size of image is 1.6cm and nature of image is real and inverted.

Sakshi Jagtap 5 years, 2 months ago

h1= 2cm, u = -9cm, f = -4cm......... 1/v + 1/u = 1/f ............... 1/v = 1/f – 1/u = 1/(-4) – 1/(-9)............ = - (1/4) + 1/9 = (-9 + 4)/36 = - (5/36).............. V = - 7.2 cm........... The image is formed at a distance 7.2 cm in front of the mirror........... Again, m = - (v/u) = - (-7.2)/-9 = -0.8............. m = h2/h1 ⇒ -0.8 = h2/2 ⇒ h2 = -1.6 cm ............. So, image is 1.6 cm in size, real and inverted...........hope this helps uhh?

Photosynthesis is the process by which green plants prepare their food in the presence of sunlight. Green plants utilise carbon dioxide and water to make carbohydrate. The reaction of photosynthesis can be depicted in the  following equation: 6CO2+12H2O---chlorop-hyll+sunlight----------->C6H12O6+6O2+6H2O.... The process of Photosynthesis is composed of following step: (a) Absorption of light energy by chlorophyll. (b) Conversion of light energy into chemical energy (c) splitting of water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen. (d) Reduction of carbon dioxide to form carbohydrate  These steps need not take place one after another immediately. For example; desert plants take up carbon dioxide at night to make an intermediate. During daytime. they make carbohydrate. After photosynthesis, carbohydrate is converted into starch and starch is stored in different plant organs......hope this helps uhh?

Tushar Koli 5 years, 2 months ago

Carbon dioxide is converted into sugars in a process called carbon fixation; photosynthesis captures energy from sunlight to convert carbon dioxide into carbohydrate. Carbon fixation is an endothermic redox reaction.

Terrestrial organisms r surrounded by air rich in oxygen. So, it can take any amount of oxygen. But aquatic organisms can only take dissolved oxygen in water which is in less amount.....hope this helps uhh?

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 2 months ago

Terrestrial organisms breathe by using atmospheric oxygen whereas aquatic organism take oxygen dissolved in water. A terrestrial animal has over an aquatic animal with regard to obtaining oxygen for respiration. It’s because the air in the atmosphere contains the maximum amount of oxygen.

Oxygen level is high in the atmosphere when compared to oxygen in water. Aquatic animals have only dissolved oxygen in water which is in minimal amount. Hence, terrestrial animal has over an aquatic animal with regard to obtaining oxygen for respiration.

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 2 months ago

Partial or total inability of kidneys to carry on excretory and salt water regulatory function is called renal or kidney failure.It   occurs due to injury,infection r restricted blood flow to kidneys .In  such cases,blood urea rises abnormally which can even led to death.For the an artificial kidney is used to filter the blood of patient.For this purpose a dialysis machine is used.The process of purifying the blood by an artificial kidney is called Haemodiaosis

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 2 months ago

Dielectric constant is the ratio of the permittivity of a substance to the permittivity of free space.

It is an expression of the extent to which a material concentrates electric flux.

 As the dielectric constant increases, the electric flux density increases, if all other factors remain unchanged.

This enables objects of a given size, such as sets of metal plates separated by material of high dielecric constant,

to hold their electric charge for long periods of time,and/or to hold large quantities of charge.

Materials with high dielectric constants are useful in the manufacture of high-value capacitors.

It means that the light is becoming slower at the rate of 2.42 at passing through the diamond

Preeti Sharma 5 years, 2 months ago

It means, Speed of light in air =speed of light in diamond ×2.42 i.e. something is multiplied to the speed of light in diamond to become equal to the speed of light in air.Therefore speed of light in diamond is lesser than speed of light in air. Hence the diamond is denser than air. If we incidents a ray from air to diamond the refractive ray will bend towards the normal of that point.
