In the ovule there is two fusion process 1st one is for Development of embryo and 2nd one is for development of cotyledon.... And as u see that two fusion process here, this is known as double fertilisation in plants.

When light comes from sun to the Earth's atmosphere it goes rarer medium to denser medium. It means starlight bends towards the normal . Stars are twinkling effect . planets doesn't twinkle because they are much closer to our earth than star and they seen as extended source. So they are not point -sized sources will average out to zero thereby nullifying the twinkling effect.
