It increases the suface suface area for abosoring the digested food.

Raju Raghuwanahi 4 years, 11 months ago

The small intestine has millions of tiny finger-like projections called villi . These villi increase the surface area for more efficient food absorption. Within these villi, are present numerous blood vessels that absorb the digested food and carry it to the bloodstream. It is hence from the bloodstream, the absorbed food is delivered to each and every cell of the body.

This is due to the ability of the eye lens to adjust its focal length which is known as accommodation. When the ciliary muscles are relaxed, the lens becomes thin . Thus, its focal length increases. This enables us to see distant objects clearly. When we are looking at objects closer to the eye, the ciliary muscles contract. This increases the curvature of the eye lens. The eye lens becomes thicker. The focal length of the eye lens decreases. This enables us to see nearly objects clearly. No image is formed at blind spot because it is in the junction of optic nerves and brain so there is no retina.

Photosynthesis is the process of preparing food by absorbing carbon dioxide, nitrogen, minerals and water. It is a process in which light energy converts into chemical energy . This process takes place in the presence of light . Dark reaction of photosynthesis does not require light. Both the light and dark reactions occur in the day . As dark reaction does not require light it doesn't meant it occurs at night it only require product of light reaction like ATP and NADPH.

Vegetative reproduction has several benefits, primarily because the developed offspring represent copies of their parent plants. If a plant has positive features, the genetic information can be passed on to its offspring. Commercial growers may profit by cloning such plants in order to ensure their crops remain compatible financially. It increases the chances of a plant reaching maturity effectively in nature and saves growers a great deal of time and money on a commercial basis as it permits a quicker overturn. Vegetative reproduction offers scientific opportunities in several biological fields and is realistic in the context of afforestation.

Metals and non metals always reacts because metals are donaters They donate their exces amount of electrons to non metals which are gainers as they need more electrons to complete their octave. Thus, metals and non metals reacts

Smiling Every Time 4 years, 11 months ago

Because metals lose electrons and non metals accept electrons. So, they form ionic compounds . Eg- CaCl2, etc.
