Usually, the mucus traps incoming dirt particles, which are then moved by the cilia toward the front of the nose or down the throat to be removed from the airway. No, I 'm not agree because most of the plants release oxygen during day time due to the process of photosynthesis and release carbon dioxide during night time but the tree peepal release oxygen all the 24 hours . Now , I can say that all the plants Don' t show this process.

Answer : Yes, I'm agree with the statement. we know plant are like any other living beings which carry out respiration. During the day time they release oxygen as a end product of photosynthesis but in the night when the carry out respiration, then they only leave carbon dioxide.. ( no photosynthesis is being carried out in the night )

Because during day , plants can absorb sunlight and take out the process of photosynthesis - which requires CO2 and water , whereas in night, the plant do not have sunlight. And therefore cannot take out photosynthesis. This answer was written on my basic understanding and can be modified, but the concept is same as above
