We get energy from the food we eat , during digestion , food is broken down into simpler substances . These carbohydrates are broken down to form glucose. This glucose combines with oxygen in the cells of our body and provides energy. The special name of this reaction is respiration. C6H12O6(aq)+6O2(aq)----->6CO2(aq)+6H2O(l)+energy

The colour of copper sulphate solution (CuSO4) changes from blue to green.Because here Iron is high reactive than copper,so it displaces Copper from Copper sulphate solution. Equation: CuSO4+Fe GIVES FeSO4+Cu.This is a displacement reaction

Sweet Snappy 4 years, 2 months ago

Because of displacement reaction... as Iron being more reactive than copper displaces copper and hence the colour changes from blue to green as the colour of FeSO4 is green HOPE IT HELPS YOU!! :)

Pankaj Kumar Patel 4 years, 2 months ago

It is displacement reaction.

Pankaj Kumar Patel 4 years, 2 months ago

When an iron nail immersed in the copper sulphate solution than the copper displaces in the copper solution because iron is more reactive than copper . Therefore the colour sulphate is changed

When an electric current flows in a conductor, it flows as a drift of free electrons in the metal. Electricity flows easily through a conductor because the electrons are free to move around in the object. Whenever there is a movement of electrons through a conductor, an electric current is created.
