(tanΘ + sinΘ)/(tanΘ - sinΘ) = [(sinΘ/cosΘ + sinΘ)] / [sinΘ/cosΘ - sinΘ] = sinΘ(1/cosΘ + 1) / sinΘ(1/cosΘ - 1) = sinΘ(secΘ + 1) / sinΘ)(secΘ - 1) = (secΘ + 1) / (sec Θ - 1) This is the only way the answer can be typed. Hope u understand.

Quadratic polynomial formed=x2+1/6x-1/6

Mayank Kumar Modi 3 years, 4 months ago

Zeros of x2 -x -6=x2-3x+2x-6x = (X+2)(X -3) X= -2 or3 So, it's reciprocal = -1/2and1/3. So, -1/2 +1/3= -1/6 And, -1/2×1/3= -1/6 Thus quadratic polynomial formed =x2+1/6x+1/6

2x + 3y = 9 ........(1) 3x + 4y = 5. .........(2) From (1): x= 9-3y\2. .......(3) Substituting (3) in (2) we have: =3 ( 9-3y\2) +4y = 5 =27 - 9y\ 2 + 4y = 5 =27- 9y +8y = 10 =-y = -17 = y = 17 Putting y=17 in (3) we have : x = 9-51\2 x= 42 \ 2 x = 21 : x = 21 , y = 17
