let a = first term and d=common difference.
According to question,
7a7 = 11 a11
=>7(a+6d) = 11(a+10d)
=> 7a-11a = 110d-42d
=> -4a = 68d
=>a = -17d ......(1)
Now , a18 = a +17d
but a = -17 d ..by (1)
so put this value , we get,
a18=-17d +17d =0
Hence proved.

OHM’s law states that under no same temperature, electric current flowing through an ideal conductor is directly proportional to the potential difference across its ends.
V ∝ I
V = IR, R – Resistance
- Resistance is a property of conductor to resist flow of charge through it. Its SI unit is Ohm (Ω).
R = V/I, 1 Ohm = 1 Volt/ 1 Ampere

given,
a2=14
a3=18
d=a3−a2=4
a1=a2−d
a1 =14-4
a=10
Sn=n/2(2a+(n-1)d)
Sn=51/2(2*10+(51-1)4)
Sn=5610

ABC is the region bounded by the given lines and the x-axis.
The solution of the given pair of equations is the point where the two lines meet which is (1, 4). Thus, x = 1 and y = 4.
Area of shaded part = Area of
ABC

= 8 sq. units

Value of a, b = -5, -1 derived from the system of linear equation given which has infinite number of solution.
Solution:
For an equation to have infinite solution, the equations should be same as for now let us equate the equations and then solve it
2x - 3y=7
(a+b)x-(a+b-3)y = 4a+b
Equate the value of ax + by = cn in both cases, after this we get:
a+b=2n
a+b-3=-3n and 4a+b=7n.
Solving these we get the value of n = -3.
Putting the value of n, we get a+b=-6
a+b-3=18
4a+b=-21
Solving the above equation, we get:
a=-6-b
-4(6+b)+b=-21
b= -1
Putting the value of b in a = -6-b
a = -5.
Therefore, the value of a & b = -5, -1

Put x = 5 and y = 2
2x+3y=16
2 (5) + 3 (2) = 10 + 6 = 16
x-2y =1
5 - 2 (2) = 5 - 4 = 1
Hence proved

In two supplementary angles, let one angle be ‘x’. another angle be ‘y’ Sum of these = 180° ∴ x + y = 180 ………… (i) The larger of two supplementary angles exceeds the smaller by 18 degrees. ∴ x-y = 18 ………… (ii) From eqn. (ii), x – y = 18 x = 18 + y Substituting the value of ‘x’ in eqn. (i), x + y = 180 . 18 +y + y = 180 18 + 2y = 180 2y = 180 – 18 2y = 162 ∴ y = 16221622 ∴ y = 81 Substituting the value of y’ in x = 18 + y x = 18 + 81 x = 99 ∴ x = 99°, y = 81°.
Or
let the two angle be /x and /y
according to given condition-
/x+/y = 180 ----(1)
/x = /y + 18 -----(2)
substituting the value of (2) in (1)
(1) - /x+/y = 180
- (/y+18)+/y = 180
- 2/y+ 18 = 180
-2/y = 162
-/y= 81
substituting the value of y in (2)
/x=/y+18
/x=81+18
/x=99
