x+1/x=5
(x2+ 1)/x = 5
x2 + 1 = 5x
x2 - 5x + 1 = 0
Then solve bu using formula method
x = - b ± √b2 - 4ac/ 2a

An expression with only one term is called a monomial.
Ex: 2x, 5xy, -3p, 4y2, -7, etc are called monomials.
So, 0 is a monomial.

Distance Between two given point=√(x2−x1)2+(y2−y1)2
Here x1=0,x2=2
and y1=0,y2=5
∴ Distance between the points (0,0) and (2,15)=√(2−0)2+(5−0)2
=√ 4+25
=√29

(X + 2)( X + 1) = (X + 4 )(x + 3)
x ( x + 1) + 2 ( x + 1) = x ( x+ 3) + 4 ( x+ 3)
x2 + x + 2x + 1 = x2 + 3x + 4x + 12
x2 + 3x + 1 = x2 + 7x + 12
3x + 1 = 7x + 12
7x - 3x = 1 - 12
4x = -11 is not a quadratic equation

Prime Numbers
A prime number is the one which has exactly two factors, which means, it can be divided by only “1” and itself. But “1” is not a prime number.
Example of Prime Number
3 is a prime number because 3 can be divided by only two number’s i.e. 1 and 3 itself.
3/1 = 3
3/3 = 1
In the same way, 2, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17 are prime numbers.
Composite Numbers
A composite number has more than two factors, which means apart from getting divided by number 1 and itself, it can also be divided by at least one integer or number. We don’t consider ‘1’ as a composite number.
Example of Composite Number
12 is a composite number because it can be divided by 1,2,3,4,6 and 12. So, the number ‘12’ has 6 factors.
12/1 = 12
12/2 =6
12/3 =4
12/4 =3
12/6 =2
12/12 =1
