Let the cost of one bat be Rsx abd the cost of one ball be Rs y Then 7x + 6y = 3800 .....( 1) 3x + 5y = 1750 .......(2) From equation 1 we have 5y = 1750 - 3x = Y = 1750 - 3x / 5 Putting the value of y in equation 1 we get, Y = 1750 -3x / 5 7x + 6 ( 1750 - 3x / 5 ) = 3800 35x + 10500 - 18x = 19000 17x = 19000 - 10500 17x = 8500 X = 8500 / 17 = 500 Putting the value of x in equation 2 we have 3(500) + 5y = 1750 5y= 1750 -1500 5y = 250 = y = 250/ 5 = 50 Therefore cost of one bat is Rs 500 and cost of 1 ball is Rs 50

X²-4=x²-2²=(x-2) (x+2) X⁴-16= (x²) ² -4²= (x²-4) (x²+4) =( x²-2²) (x+4) = (x-2) (x+2) (x+4) In both (x-2) (x+2) is common So we can write lcm as (x-2) (x+2) then one more valu is there that is ( x+4) Now LCM= (x-2) (x+2) (x+4)
