The story `Triumph of Surgery’ was written by James Herriot , The story portrays how the foolish indulgence of a rich lady Mrs.Pumphrey led to the bad health and sickness of her dog
Mrs.Pumphrey loved her dog too much , She provided him with all luxuries including even coats for different weathers , She pampered Tricki to the stage where it affected his health , She would give Tricki food all the time and could never refuse him sweet items , She also didnt take him on exercise , So due to overeating and lack of exercise , Tricki becomes obese and finally becomes very sick .
Her excess love for Tricki made him sick , If she had thought about the consequences of her action , This would not have happened.

Sir
Subject: Enquiry for course details of personality development
I am keenly interested in pursuing a short term course on personality development at your esteemed institution. I am currently awaiting my class 10 results and in the meantime, would like to engage myself in the aforementioned course at your centre.
This letter is to enquire upon the course details, duration and future benefits of the course. I have previously undertaken a personality development workshop at your centre that was conducted for two days. The sessions on public speaking and interaction was highly beneficial to me. Therefore, it is my wish to pursue this further.
I would be much obliged if you could forward me the details at the earliest so that I can resume with the course.
Thanking you in anticipation
Yours sincerely,

Ausable was different from other secret agents in more ways than one. He had a small room in the musty corridor of a gloomy French hotel. It was on the sixth and top floor and it was scarcely the setting for a romantic adventure. He was extremely fat. Inspite of living in Paris for over twenty years, he spoke French and German only passably and had an American accent. Instead of getting messages slipped into his hands by dark-eyed beauties, he got only a telephone call making an appointment. In these ways, he was different from the conventional notion of a spy.

A tiger is healthier suited to living within the forest instead of living within the claustrophobic atmosphere in an iron bars. Within the jungle, the tiger, the wild animal, will stray freely and expresses his power. Within the forest, he will hunt once he needs food. It will approach human habitation, however won't do any hurt to them. On the opposite hand, in the zoo, the house is simply too short for a tiger to stray. His movement is restricted and created him an unfortunate within the cage of the installation. Here, the tiger lives an unnatural and sad life and become helpless.

The poet says that the tiger should be in the jungle. It is his natural habitat. In the jungle, he moves in the long grass near a water hole. He hides in shadow to hunt the deer for his food.

1. The tiger is slowly and quietly moving along the length of the cage in a threatening manner. He is ignoring the visitors because he considers them devoid of any feelings. None of them thinks of releasing him from his prison. Thus, he stops taking any notice of them.
2. The tiger ignores the visitors because he considers them devoid of feelings as none of them tries to help him out of the prison.

The title of the story "The Triumph of Surgery" is appropriate because the dog was cured without the dose of medicines. Mr Herriot changed the dog from a lazy, inactive and fat dog into a fit and active dog. Looking the dog after fortnight Mrs Pumphrey was very happy and after knowing that Mr Herriot did it all without any medicinal treatment, she named it as a "Triumph Of Surgery".
