Anne was a sober, witty and intelligent girl of Otto Frank. She was a Jewish girl born in German. She was very intelligent and perceptive, and she wanted to be a writer. Anne grew from an innocent, tempestuous, precocious, and somewhat petty teenage girl to an empathetic and sensitive thinker at age fifteen. Over the course of the diary, she grew from a spoiled, somewhat naive young girl of thirteen to a self-aware young woman of fifteen. Her book written in Dutch become one of the world's most readable books. Many films, television and opera had been produced based on her diary. She felt lonely at not having a real friend. So, She dedicated her feelings to a diary named Kitty. Her teachers had a good view of her except her talkative nature. She had an intense love for her grandmother and her teacher, Mrs. Kuperus. Only Mr. Keesing, her maths teacher punished her for her talkative nature by assigning essays.

Sir,
Subject: Reforming Beggars
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of Local Councillor towards the above-mentioned problem. It is a very common sight to see beggars near the religious places, especially near the temples and we, the God-fearing and generous people show pity on them. Many of them are professional pick-pockets and thieves. Frequent incidents of chain-snatching and purse-lifting are done by these beggars. The beggars are reported to have been involved in different crimes. They are commonly seen in buses, at red lights, around religious and tourist places. They take advantage of the rush. Many anti-social elements have taken to the robes of beggars to escape vigilance and serve their ends. When we give money to them, we indirectly provide them with indulgence.
Instead of making them handicapped by giving them, also we should help them in such a direction so they should stand on their own i.e. they should be made capable to earn respectfully. They should be given shelter under the name of some local institution, meant for social work. Then they can be trained as per their interest. The members of our society have already taken steps in this direction.
You are requested to give this letter an appropriate place, that our request should reach to the concerned authority. The Local Councillor and the plan of involving the beggars should be started at the earliest.
Yours truly,
XYZ.

Don’t Let the Mobile Kill You!
Good morning everyone. Dear teachers, staff members and students, today, I want to advise you to be careful in using your mobile phones, particularly when using headphones or earphones with them.
You might feel silly to think about how a small device such as the mobile phone can kill you. Using such a useful device at the wrong time or wrong place can sometimes lead to disastrous accidents. You might have read in the newspapers last week about the pedestrian who was mowed down by a truck in the city, because he was listening to music on the headphones connected to his mobile handset while crossing the road. He was so absorbed by the music that he did not look on both the sides while crossing and also did not hear the horn of the truck. Similarly, a young man was killed by a train while crossing the tracks, as his headphones shut out the sound and whistle of the approaching train.
I by no means have any intention to scare you all. But what do we learn from these accidents? We learn the simple and easy-to-understand fact that never use mobile phones, especially with earphones or headphones, when crossing any road, railway line or during regular traffic and driving.
I hope all of you will ensure your own safety in this regard by being careful in the use of this otherwise very useful gadget and spread this word of advice to others too.
Thank you!

The young seagull had a great fear of flying. His parents chided him for it. They tried their best to encourage him to fly, but it went all in vain. His mother played many tricks on him. Sometimes, she flew away from the ledge and left him alone. He came out and tried to flap his wings, but his fear seized him and again he went inside. She threatened him that he would die of hunger as she did not feed him for a few days. Even then he could not gather the courage for flying. But this trick worked and he tried to make his first attempt. Soon he started flying. Thus his mother helped him to learn flying. It was clear that without the help of his mother, the young seagull could not have taken his first flight.
