Democracy is the best form of government because:-
1.Right to speech.
2.Right to information.
3.Right to vote etc.
4.It represents each and every citizen equally whether you are poor or you are rich. In a monarchy or dictatorship no one can say or present their point of view.
5. Democracy allows various people to rule the country through the representatives.
6. It respects & promotes Human Rights
7. In this form of government all people are equal before the law.

Centralized planning means that decisions are not taken independently at local level, but holistically at a more central level. An economy primarily based on central planning is referred to as a planned economy. In a centrally planned economy the allocation of resources is determined by a comprehensive plan of production which specifies output requirements. The guidance of the economy by direct government control over a large portion of economic activity.

Bhangar soil is older alluvial soil. Large parts of the Northern Indian Plains are formed of the bhangar soil. The soil presents a terrace like feature. it is not as fertile as the khadar soil.
Khadar soil is new and younger deposits of the alluvium soil on the flood plains. This soil is renewed every year and thus is comparatively more fertile than the bhangar soil.
