The longitudinal difference between Arunachal Pradesh and Gujarat is almost 300.(97025' -6807').Time difference between two longitudes is 4minutes which means it takes 4 minutes to travel from one longitude to another. So to travel the distance of 30 longitudes it will take 30×4=120minutes or 2hours.Hence there is a time lag of two hours between Arunachal Pradesh and Gujarat.
