    Democracy is a form of government in which the rule over country is of the people ,for the people and by the people .     I think it's MNREGA i.e. Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act whoch was started in 2005 aims to provide ? days of wage employment to every household to ensure livelihood in rural areas.
