Loksabha Sabha contains more seats than the Rajya Sabha if any bill is passed from Rajya Sabha Lok Sabha has power to reject the bill but only if Rajyasabha passed if Rajya Sabha passed the money Bill Rajya Sabha has power to reject this bill for 7 days so we can say that Lok Sabha is more powerful than Rajya Sabha

Daman Kumar 4 years, 7 months ago

Loksabha is more power than Rajya Sabha because the members of loksabha is dissolved if the opposition won in election but it is not for Rajya Sabha. The members of Rajya sabha has fixed tenure of 6 year and after every 2 year the 1/3 of the members complete their tenure and retires and in every 2 year only 1/3 of members are change. In this way the Rajya Sabha is never dissolved completely at a time . So Loksabha is most Powerful.

Challenges to Free and Fair Elections The challenges to free and fair elections are listed as follows Candidates and parties with a lot of money may not be sure of their victory but they do enjoy an unfair advantage over smaller parties and independents. Some candidates with criminal records are able to secure party tickets from major parties due to their connections political. Some families tend to dominate political parties; a tendency for the dynastic rule is very common.Elections offer only little choice to ordinary citizens. All the major parties are quite similar to each other both in policies and practice.Smaller parties and independent candidates suffer a huge disadvantage compared to bigger parties in terms of money power and organisational support.

Hi keertnana, challenges to free and fair elections are- 1.political parties may use dirty tricks they can force public to vote fr them only (also known as rigging) 2. They can put a stopage on media. They can threat media to not say anything bad about them. 3. Elections are actually too expensive. 4. People voting there may b not educated or literate enough to decide or vote through candidates. 5. There should b even choice n options so that voters can choose through them. 6. Tickets are most of the times distributed to party members relatives or someone with their connections. 7. Individuals and small parties suffer a lot. Hope it helps u?
