Neeraj Pandey 3 years ago

let third side of triangle = x x + 10 + 18 = 42 ( Perimeter of triangle is 42 ) x + 28 = 42 ( Transpose of 28 in R.H.S. ) x = 42 - 28 x = 14 s = 42/2 ; s = 21 Area of triangle = √s(s﹣a)(s﹣b)(s﹣c) { Put s = 21, a = 18, b = 14, c = 10 } √ 21(21-18)(21-14)(21-10) √ 21*3*7*11 = √4851 = 69.64 (approx)

x=5 Any value of x but y always considered as zero

Aadhaya Rastogi 3 years ago

The equation of the line parallel to the y-axis is x = k, where 'k' is any real number. For example, considering the equation of a line, x = 3, for any value of 'y' the value of 'x' is always equal to 3.
