If we have a bowl with the letters m-a-t-h-e-m-a-t-i-c-s, what is the probability we will draw a vowel. We can first count that there is 11 letters. We then see that there are 4 vowels, a-e-a-i. We can say 4/11 which is approximately 36,36%. So the probability of getting a vowel is 36,36%
