From given, we have, Cube root 2=x^1/12 ∛2 = x^{1/12} taking the power of 12 on both the sides of the equation, we get, (∛2)^{12} = (x^{1/12})^{12} (2^{1/3})^{12} = (x^{1/12})^{12} 1/3 × 12 = 12/3 and 1/12 × 12 = 12/12 2^{12/3} = x^{12/12} 2^4 = x x = 16
