Let ABCD be a cyclic quadrilateral and AB = CD.
⇒ arc AB = arc CD (Corresponding arcs of the equal chords)
Adding arc AD to both the sides of the equation;
arc AB + arc AD = arc CD + arc AD
∴ arc BAD = arc CDA
⇒ Chord BD = Chord CA
⇒ BD = CA

Hence,  when pair of opposite sides of a cyclic quadrilateral are equal, diagonals are also equal.

1) (a+b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 + 2ab 2) (a-b) ^2 = a^2 + b^2 - 2ab 3) (a^2 - b^2) = (a+b) (a-b) 4) (a+b+c) = a^2 + b^2 + c^2 + 2ab + 2bc + 2ca 5) (a+b)^3 = a^3 + b^3 + 3ab (a+b) 6) (a-b) ^3 = a^3 - b^3 - 3ab (a-b) 7) (a^3 + b^3) = (a+b) (a^2 - ab + b^2) 8) (a^3 - b^3) = (a-b) (a^2 + ab + b^2) 9) (a^3 + b^3 + c^3 - 3abc) = (a+b+c) (a^2 + b^2 + c^2 - ab -bc - ca) 10) (x+a) (x+b) = x^2 + (a+b) x + ab 11) if a + b + c = 0, then a^3 + b^3 + c^3 = 3abc

First, put x=0 4(0)+3y=12 0+3y=12 So, y=4. (0,4) Now, put y=0 4x+3(0)=12 4x+0=12 So, x=3 (3,0) Put y=1 4x+3(1)=12 4x+3=12 4x=9 So, x=9/4 i.e 2.25 Or u can fill any other value in place of y=1

If ABCD is a square We know that diagonals of a square perpendicularlly bisect each other and are equal So if Ac=12cm Then bd =12cm And od=1\2 bd , oa =1\2ac So od =6cm ,oa=6cm Then in right triangle AOD By using Pythagoras theorem (Ad)2=(oa)2+(od)2 (Ad)2= (6)2+(6)2 Please solve this problem ahead As my keyboard has no root symbol. The answer will be under root 72 cm square. ☺☺
