Area of triangle = 1/2×b×h 216= 1/2×24×h 216= 12×h 216/12= h 18 = h = CA Now, By pythagoras= AB^2=AC^2+CB^2 =18^2+24^2 = 324 +576 = 900 AB =√900= 30 Perimeter. = AB+BC+CA = 30 +24+18 = 72 m

Height (h) =15 cm Volume (v) = 1570 cm^3 Volume = 1/3πr^2h 1570 =1/3*22/7*r^2*15 r^2= 1570*7*3/22*15*1 r^2= 100 r=√100 r= 10 cm

Yogita Ingle 4 years, 8 months ago

Given:

Height (h) = 15 cm
Volume = 1570 cm³

Let the radius of the base of cone be r cm

Volume of a cone=1/3 πr²h

Volume = 1570 cm³

1/3 πr²h = 1570

1/3×3.14×r² ×15 = 1570

r²= 1570/(3.14×5)

= 15700/157= 100

r²=100

r=√100=10
r = 10 cm

Hence, Radius of the base is 10 cm.

Given : CSA of cylinder = 264 m² and volume of cylinder = 924 m³
CSA of cylinder = 2πrh
264 = 2*22/7*r*h
r*h = (264*7)/44
r*h = 1848/44
r*h = 42
h = 42/r ......(1)
Now,
volume of cylinder = πr²h
Putting the value of h = 42/r in the below, we get
924 = 22/7*r²*42/r
924r = 924*7
r = 7 m
So, Radius is 7 m and the diameter will be 7*2 = 14 m.
And the height of the cylinder = 42/7 = 6 m

There are 10 small divisions on a graph and these 10 small ones makes a 1 large unit (or big division). You have to take it according to the question or data given. For e.g. Number of Students (on x-axis) - 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Marks obtained by them (on y-axis) 10. 20. 30. 40. 50. Then take 1 big divison as 10 marks and one small division (inside it) as 1 mark.
