Yogita Ingle 4 years, 1 month ago

A rational number, in Mathematics, can be defined as any number which can be represented in the form of p/q where q ≠ 0. Also, we can say that any fraction fits under the category of rational numbers, where denominator and numerator are integers and the denominator is not equal to zero.

Area of triangle is 1/2 *base*height 1/2*5cm*4cm which is 5cm*2 because 1/2 divides 4 into 2. So the answer is 10 cm square

Vedant Bhadra 4 years, 1 month ago

Thx

Marturu Ramya 4 years, 1 month ago

Since area of triangle =1/2* base*height =1/2*5cm*4cm (substitute the values given to you) =5*1 (since 1/2 and 4 cancels, 5 will be remaining) =5

If both height and base is equal of right angled triangle then , Hypotenuse square = perpendicular square + base square That is H square (H is hypotenuse)= 1square + 1 square H square = 2 H= root 2 Note : It is only possible when both perpendicular and altitude is equal that is 1.

Let length, breadth, and height of the rectangular hall be l, b, and h respectively. Area of four walls = 2lh+2bh = 2(l+b)h Perimeter of the floor of hall = 2(l+b) = 250 m Area of four walls = 2(l+b) h = 250h m2 Cost of painting per square meter area = Rs.10 Cost of painting 250h square meter area = Rs (250h×10) = Rs.2500h However, it is given that the cost of paining the walls is Rs. 15000. 15000 = 2500h Or h = 6 Therefore, the height of the hall is 6 m. ..........nice to help u ☺️

Ayush Thakur 4 years, 1 month ago

Given: Perimeter of rectangular wall = 250 m ……….(i) Now Area of the four walls of the room = 1500 m2 ……….(ii) Area of the four walls = Lateral surface area  = 1500 [using eq. (i) and (ii) = 6 m Hence required height of the hall is 6 m.
