The sender of the information encodes the message and sends it to receiver whereas the receiver decodes the message sent by the sender
In basic terms, humans communicate through a process of encoding and decoding. The encoder is the person who develops and sends the message. The encoder must determine how the message will be received by the audience, and make adjustments so the message is received the way they want it to be received.

(i) All the plants and animals in an area are interdependent and interrelated to each other in their physical environment, thus, forming an ecosystem. Ecosystem is a system of interdependence comprising the physical environment and the organisms living within.
(ii) Plants, animals, human beings and the environment are the components of ecosystem. Plants are the main natural component on the earth which can use the sun's energy to prepare food. Plants are the backbone of the natural resources of the country.
(iii) The nature of plants in an area, to a large extent, determines the animal life of that area. When the vegetation is altered, the animal life also changes.
(iv) Human beings are also an integral part of the ecosystem. They utilise the vegetation and wildlife. All the living beings on the earth are dependent on plants directly or indirectly.

A slide transition is the visual effect that occurs when you move from one slide to the next during a presentation. You can control the speed, add sound, and customize the look of transition effects. Some presenters use slide transition effects between their slides in an attempt to keep the audience visually interested by using movement. ... Every element of your presentation, including the use of animation or slide transition effects should be tested to make sure they add to your message, not detract from it.

Soil conservation is the prevention of soil loss from erosion or prevention of decreased fertility caused by acidification, over usage, salinization or other chemical soil contamination.
Reason behind soil degradation
- It is the natural process of wearing away of the topsoil, but human activities have accelerated the process.
- It is usually caused due to the removal of vegetation, or any activity that renders the ground dry.
- Farming, grazing, mining, construction and recreational activities are some of the causes of soil erosion.
- The effects of soil erosion are not just land degradation. It has led to a drastic increase in pollution and sedimentation in rivers that clogs the water bodies resulting in a decline in the population of aquatic organisms.
- Degraded lands lose the water holding capacity resulting in floods.

Global warming is a gradual increase in the earth’s temperature generally due to the greenhouse effect caused by increased levels of carbon dioxide, CFCs, and other pollutants.
- Deforestation: Plants are the main source of oxygen. They take in carbon dioxide and release oxygen thereby maintaining environmental balance. The forests are being depleted for many domestic and commercial purposes. This has led to an environmental imbalance, thereby giving rise to global warming.
- Use of Vehicles:The use of vehicles even for a very short distance results into various gaseous emissions. Vehicles burn fossil fuels which emit a large amount of carbon dioxide and other toxins into the atmosphere resulting in a temperature increase.
- Chlorofluorocarbon:With the excessive use of air conditioners and refrigerators, humans have been adding CFCs into the environment which affects the atmospheric ozone layer. The ozone layer protects the earth surface from the harmful ultraviolet rays emitted by the sun
- Agriculture:Various farming activities produce carbon dioxide and methane gas. These add to the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and increase the temperature of the earth.
- Overpopulation:Increase in population means more people breathing. This leads to an increase in the level of carbon dioxide, the primary gas causing global warming, in the atmosphere.

- Population growth causes a disproportionate negative impact on the environment.
- Problems of population size and growth, resource utilization and depletion, and environmental deterioration must be considered jointly and on a global basis. In this context, population control is obviously not a panacea—it is necessary but not alone sufficient to see us through the crisis.
- Population density is a poor measure of population pressure, and redistributing population would be a dangerous pseudosolution to the population problem.
- “Environment” must be broadly construed to include such things as the physical environment of urban ghettos, the human behavioral environment, and the epidemiological environment.
