Ms. SANTOSH YADAV was born on 10th October 1967 in village Joniyawas of Rewari District in Haryana. While studying in the prestigious Maharani College, Jaipur, she found her way to the Himalayas through the Aravali Mountains. The poet speaks to the wind with anger. Yes, strong winds are known to cause plenty of damage and destruction to both life and property. Storms, cyclones, gales and strong winds cause havoc on land. They uproot trees, bring down houses, tear down electric posts and claim lives. They also cause damage to boats and frighten the poor sailors and fishermen out at sea. Yet, I do not agree with the poet that the wind only 'crumbles lives'. The wind is responsible for bringing rain; it cools the land and makes the climate pleasant. Today, wind energy is harnessed for several useful purposes including turning windmills, wind turbines and generating electricity.

The kind man saw that the child was lost and was crying loudly in an attempt to see his parents.   He approached him and lifted him in his arms.  The boy went on crying 'I want my father, I want my mother.'  The man tried to console him and took him to the roundabout.  He offered to have a ride on it, but the boy did not stop crying.   We can understand that the man was very kind and loved children.  He took the child to the snake charmer and the balloon seller.  The boy continued to cry.   Then the man took him to the sweet vendor, but the boy was not at all interested in anything.  The man was very patient, loving and caring.
