भारत एक ऐसा देश है जहां विभिन्न जातीय समूहों, जातियों और धर्मों के लोग सौहार्दपूर्ण ढंग से रहते हैं। भारत को अपनी समृद्ध, विविध सांस्कृतिक विरासत पर गर्व है। हालाँकि भारत ने अपनी आजादी के बाद से अब तक एक लंबा सफर तय किया है। पिछले कुछ दशकों में इसने एक विशाल सामाजिक और आर्थिक विकास को देखा है पर देश के कई हिस्सों में अभी भी आर्थिक और सामाजिक असमानताएं मौजूद है। देश के कई हिस्सों में लोगों को उनकी जाति और धार्मिक प्राथमिकताओं के आधार पर नीची नजरों से देखा जाता है। मेरे सपनों का भारत एक ऐसा स्थान होगा जहां हर नागरिक को समानता की वास्तविक स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त होगी। सुधार के क्षेत्र देश को आगे बढ़ाने और विकसित करने के लिए अभी भी काफी काम करने की ज़रूरत है। यहां चार प्रमुख क्षेत्रों पर एक नज़र डाली गई है जिन पर तत्काल ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता हैं: शिक्षा शिक्षा किसी भी देश की मजबूती की नीवं है। हमारे देश की प्रमुख कमियों में से एक यह है कि लोग अभी भी शिक्षा के महत्व को नहीं पहचानते हैं। गरीबी या गरीबी रेखा के नीचे रहने वाले लोग विशेष रूप से शिक्षित होने के महत्व को अनदेखी करते हैं। उन्हें नहीं पता है कि शिक्षा की कमी गरीबी के लिए जिम्मेदार मुख्य कारकों में से एक है। सरकार अनिवार्य शिक्षा के अधिकार को बढ़ावा देने तथा वयस्क शिक्षा विद्यालय खोलने के माध्यम से यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कदम उठा रही है कि अधिक से अधिक लोगों को अपने बच्चों के लिए मुफ्त शिक्षा की पहुंच हो। मेरे सपनों का भारत एक ऐसा स्थान होगा जहां हर नागरिक शिक्षित और कुशल हो। लिंग भेदभाव लिंग भेदभाव एक और मुद्दा है जिस पर काम करने की जरुरत है। महिलाओं को लगातार उनके अधिकारों के बारे में जागरूक किया जा रहा है और वे विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अच्छा प्रदर्शन भी कर रही हैं, फिर भी महिलाओं को समाज में अपनी जगह बनाने के लिए कई बाधाओं से लड़ना होगा। देश के कई हिस्सों में लड़की का जन्म अभी भी एक अभिशाप माना जाता है। उच्च शिक्षा के लिए लड़कियों को प्रोत्साहित नहीं किया जाता है। यहां तक कि महिलाएं जो योग्य हैं उनसे भी यह अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे विवाह के बाद बाहर काम करने की बजाए अपने परिवार की देखभाल करे। काम पर महिलाओं को दी गई मजदूरी पुरुषों को दिए वेतन की तुलना में कम होती है। मैं ऐसे भारत का सपना देखता हूँ जो महिलाओं के खिलाफ भेदभाव से रहित हो। तकनीकी उन्नति हालांकि भारत ने विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में बहुत विकास और उन्नति देखी है फिर भी अभी इस क्षेत्र में कड़ी मेहनत करने की आवश्यकता है। यह देखना अत्यंत दुखदायी है कि तेज़ बुद्धि वाले व्यक्ति अपने देश के विकास में योगदान करने के बजाय विदेशों में रोजगार के अवसर तलाशने और उन देशों की तकनीकी और औद्योगिक उन्नति में योगदान देने चले जाते है। मेरे सपनों का भारत वो भारत है जो व्यक्तियों के लिए अच्छे रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करता है और देश को तकनीकी प्रगति के पथ एक नई दिशा प्रदान करता है। अपराध दर भारत में अपराध दर दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ रही है। बलात्कार, डकैती, दहेज और हत्या के कई मामले हर दिन दर्ज किए जा रहे हैं। कई मामलो की तो सुनवाई ही नहीं हो रही है। शिक्षा का अभाव, बेरोजगारी और गरीबी ने इस दिशा में बढ़ावा दिया है। मेरे सपनों का भारत एक ऐसा देश होगा जहां सरकार लोगों की सुरक्षा और सुरक्षा के प्रति अधिक संवेदनशील हो। तभी भारत अपराध और शोषण से मुक्त होगा। निष्कर्ष भारत ने पिछले कुछ दशकों में तेजी से औद्योगिक विकास, तकनीकी उन्नति और कई अन्य क्षेत्रों में प्रगति देखी है। हालांकि अभी भी सुधार की बहुत गुंजाइश है। भारत को पहले के समय में इसकी समृधि के कारण सोने की चिड़िया कहा जाता था। मैं चाहता हूं कि देश उस गौरव को फिर से प्राप्त करे। मैं चाहता हूँ कि वह ना सिर्फ आर्थिक समृद्धि का आनंद ले बल्कि सांस्कृतिक और सामाजिक रूप से भी अमीर हो। देश के सभी नागरिकों से समान व्यवहार हो और किसी से कोई भी भेदभाव या अन्याय नहीं होना चाहिए।
