Actions that involve the production, distribution and consumption of goods and services at all levels within a society is called economic activity. Activities associated with primary economic activity include agriculture (both subsistence and commercial), mining, forestry, grazing, hunting and gathering, fishing, and quarrying. The packaging and processing of raw materials are also considered to be part of this sector. The crisis will impact U.S. agriculture mostly through indirect international effects rather than through changes in the U.S. economy. The slowdown of growth in foreign economies will reduce import demand for agricultural commodities, resulting in lower U.S. agricultural exports and prices for agricultural commodities.

- Parts of the Cell: There are three main components of a cell – cell membrane, cytoplasm and nucleus. The parts of a cell include cell membrane, nucleus, mitochondria, chloroplasts, cell wall and vacuoles.
i. Cell membrane - Every cell is covered by a thin sheet of skin called cell membrane or plasma membrane. The cytoplasm and nucleus are enclosed within the cell membrane. It is also called plasma membrane.
ii. Cell wall – The plant cells have a thick cell wall around them outside the cell membrane. It gives shape and support to the plant cells.
iii. Cytoplasm - The jelly-like substance between the nucleus and the cell membrane is called cytoplasm.
iv. Nucleus – Nucleus is a large spherical organelle present in the centre of the cell that controls all its activities.
v. Vacuole – The blank-looking structures in the cytoplasm are called vacuoles.
vi. Plastids – Plastids are small coloured bodies scattered in the cytoplasm of plant cells. They are of different colours. Chloroplasts are green coloured plastids that contain green pigment called chlorophyll which helps in photosynthesis.
vii. Mitochondria – Mitochondria are tiny rod-shaped or spherical-shaped organelles which provide energy for all the activities of the cell. It is also called the powerhouse of the cell.

2m = 8
= 8 ÷ 2 = 4
4 {tex}\times{/tex} 4 = 16
m2 - 1
16 - 1 = 15
m2 + 1
16 + 1 = 17
so the Pythagorean triplets are 8,15,17
