It is a symbolic poem in which the grasshopper is a symbol of hot summer and the cricket is of very cold winter.
Every poet has been attracted towards the beauty of nature. John Keats is no exception to this and finds nature beautiful in all seasons not excluding the hot summer and cold winter.
He says that the earth is always singing. When the birds stop singing in the hot summer finding cool place, we find the grasshopper singing and flying from hedge. He sings tirelessly and when tired, rests beneath some weed.
When the birds are silent in very cold the earth never stops and expresses its pleasure through different beings like the cricket. It sings the beautiful songs from the stones. It seems to be increasing in warmth every moment and half-asleep human being feels it to be a grasshopper’s song coming from grassy hills.

Let the length of the smaller side (length) be x cm.
Then, length of longer side (breadth) = x + 4 cm
Then, it's perimeter,
= 2 × length + 2 × breadth
= 2 × x + 2 × (x + 4)
= 2x + 2x + 8
= 4x + 8
But, given Perimeter = 36 cm.
=> 4x + 8 = 36
=> 4x = 36 - 8
=> 4x = 28
=> x = 28/4
=> x = 7 cm
•°• Length = x = 7 cm
•°• Breadth = x + 4 = 7 + 4 = 11 cm.
♥ So, the length of its side are 7 cm and 11 cm.

The reason behind this is that people usually want to live in the places which are comfortable. People avoid extreme climatic conditions let it be cold or hot. Since Siberia has extreme cold weather and winters are longer there as compared to other places.

On 12 March 1930, Gandhi started the Dandi march from Sabarmati Ashram towards the small coastal village of Dandi. He marched against the state monopoly in manufacturing and selling of salt. Gandhi chose salt because it was used in every Indian household, yet people were not allowed to make salt even for domestic use. Parallel salt marches were conducted all over the country. Gandhi after reaching dandi broke the salt laws by manufacturing salt. It led to the begining of the Civil Disobedience Movement.

Historically, tribals have been exploited and displaced from their lands in order to appropriate the rich natural wealth of the forests. Starting from the colonial government of the British to the NDA government led by the BJP, governments have passed laws and orders displacing more and more farmers and tribals from their lands to make way for woodcutting, damn building and mining. The major reasons for their displacement are lack of political awareness, lack of effective political representation in the national mainstream, corruption in the government and the police, unbridled greed of the corporate/capitalist class and the refusal of the general populace to take greater interest in the issues of the tribal people.
