Suppose
Amount received by Srividya on retirement in rupees = x
Amount deposited by Srividya in bank = 0.5x
Amount Remaining = x - 0.5x = 0.5x
Amount given to her daughter = 0.5 (0.5x) + 6000
Amount given to her daughter = 0.25x + 6000
Amount given to Son = 0.5 (Amount Received by Daughter)
Amount given to Son = 0.5 (0.25x + 6000)
Amount given to Son = 0.125x + 3000
We can say that
Total Amount Received by Srividya = Amount in bank + Amount given to daughter + Amount Given to Son
x = 0.5x + 0.25x + 6000 + 0.125x + 3000
x = 0.875x + 90000
x - 0.875x = 9000
0.125x = 9000
{tex}x = \frac{9000}{0.125}{/tex}
x = 72,000
So,
Amount received by Srividya on retirement in rupees = 72,000

Patrick thought his cat was playing with a little doll. His assumption was wrong. The cat was actually playing with the man of the tiniest size. The dress of the man was much alike to witch’s.

The Weimar Republic faced violent uprisings from various groups, not to mention devastating economic problems. Germany between 1918 and 1919 was in chaos. People were starving, the Kaiser had fled and people hated the government for signing the armistice in November 1918 - they called them the November criminals.
