We can also say that pathogens are diseases causing microorganisms. Pathogens include bacteria, viruses, fungi & protozoa.

Step-by-step explanation: Since we have given that Number of pieces of wood which need to be repainted with blue color = Number of pieces of wood can be painted within a bucket of paint = So, Number of buckets of paint are required in all is given by Number of pieces of wood need to be repainted/ Number of pieces can be painted by bucket =131/2 ÷ 23/4 =131×4/23×2 =11.30 =11(removing the decimal) Hence, there are approximately 11 buckets of paint are required in all.

Let the total number of deer be 'x' Number of deer grazing in field = 1x/2. Number of deer playing nearby = 3/4 of 1x/2 = 3x/8. Number of deer drinking water = 9 ATQ, 1x/2 + 3x/8 + 9 = x > (4x + 3x + 72)/ 8 = x > 7x + 72 = 8x > 8x - 7x = 72 > x = 72 Hence, the total number right deer in the herd is 72.

The process of watering the crops is called irrigation.
Two methods of irrigation are:
(i) Sprinklers: Sprinklers work as fountains. Long perpendicular pipes have holes at regular distances. When water is supplied, it comes out of these holes and spray water in field. These holes have rotating nozzles which sprinkle water in all directions. They control wastage of water.

(ii) Drip System: This system is used to save water as it allows the water to flow drop by drop at the roots of the plants. It is the best technique for watering fruit plants, gardens and trees. Water is not wasted at all.
