The revolt of 1857 suffered from a weak leadership. It was not planned and organized. There was a clear lack of unity among the rebels and there was no common purpose among them during the revolt of 1857. The revolt did not spread to all the parts of India instead it was confined to the Northern and Central India. Also, the rulers of Kashmir, Gwalior, and Hyderabad helped the British against the revolt. The lack of resources both in trained men and modern weapons made the rebels to give up the fight on many occasions. Also, many communities like Rajputs, Gurkhas, Holkars supported the British rather than taking part in the mutiny.

The most important function of the small intestine is the absorption of nutrients from food that passes through the tract. This large surface area allows for efficient uptake of nutrients. This efficiency is increased even more because each cell in the villi has microvilli on their surface. Hence the absence of this villis will decrease nutrient and digested food absorption by intestinal walls leading to severe nutritional disorders.

1) Friction comes into play when irregularities present in the surfaces of two objects in contact get interlocked with each other. In sliding, the time given for interlocking is very small. Hence, interlocking is not strong. Therefore, less force is required to overcome this interlocking. Because f this reason, sliding friction is less than static friction.
2) Along with several other brake system components, the brake pads are responsible for stopping a vehicle. They are made with special materials that maximize friction. When the brakes are applied, the brake pads grip the sides of the wheel that creates friction that slows and stops the bike.

A turbine is a rotary mechanical device that extracts energy from a fast moving flow of water, steam, gas, air, or other fluid and converts it into useful work. A turbine is a turbo-machine with at least one moving part called a rotor assembly, which is a shaft or drum with blades attached. The gas turbine is the engine at the heart of the power plant that produces electric current. A gas turbine is a combustion engine that can convert natural gas or other liquid fuels to mechanical energy. This energy then drives a generator that produces electrical energy.

Jainism |
| Rebirth is one of the principal beliefs in Buddhism. It is thought that the endless cycle of birth and re-birth can only be broken by attaining Nirvana (Enlightenment) | Jainism believes that the circle of rebirths and deaths will continue due to good or bad deeds until liberation is achieved |
| Scriptures include Tripitaka, which is a vast text consisting of 3 sections: the Discipline, the Discourse and the Commentaries. | Jain religious texts are called Agamas |
| The principal teaching of Buddhism is that life is suffering and to escape suffering (end cause of desire) one needs to dispel ignorance by realizing the Four Noble Truths and practising the Eightfold Path | Jainism lays emphasis on the respect of all living beings. Liberation from the cycle of rebirths is attained by taking the Five Vows and following the principles of the Three Jewels |
| Sin is not a concept in Buddhism | Sin is defined as harm to others |
| Buddhism is divided into two major sects upon the death of Gautama Buddha. They are the Mahayana and the Theravada | Svetambara and Digambara are the two major sects of Jainism |
| According to some texts in Buddhism, there are beings in heaven but they are bound by “samsara”. They suffer less bu they ave, not yet achieved salvation | Deities in Jainism are known as “Titrtheneakas”. But they are not worshipped in the conventional sense as they are regarded as wise teachers whose teachings must be followed |

let coefficient be X,
A=3X
B=4X
six years,
A=3x+6
B=4x+6
as per question,
(3x+6)/(4x+6)=5/6
18x + 36 = 20x + 30
20 x- 18x = 36 - 30
2x = 6
X=3
present ages of A and B is 3x=9 years and 4x=12 years
