Example of car , firstly car's motor is made from steel or iron which are found under soil if friction is not there we will not be able to do pick out these metals , if we pick it out then we cannot shape it in motors or car's exterior cover or body and we make it then also car will doesn't start or if it start then it never stops because there is no friction and motor doesn't stop .

It is necessary to separate state from religion due to following reasons- ?To function any country democratically ♦️To save from violation of fundamental rights ?To save citizens from tyranny of majority religious group ♦️To protect religious freedom of an individual ?To practice secularism If u wrote the above points then u will surely get 5/5 marks for this question

👌Aditya 👌 👌Kumar👌 5 years, 2 months ago

The separation of the State and religion in democratic societies is important because of the following reasons: It helps a country to function democratically. The tyranny of the majority and the violation of Fundamental Rights can be very harmful to the people belonging to the minority. So, it protects people from any type of religious violence. It protects the freedom of individuals to exit from their religion, embrace another religion. It gave people the freedom to interpret religious teachings differently. Sorry i cant give you answer than more than 3 points

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 2 months ago

  • State and religion are two different entities. If state incorporates a particular religion, it becomes a theocratic state. In a theocratic state, the right of minority religions are absorbed and fringed by the larger/popular religion often causing violence and discrimination.
  • The practice of separating religion from state is called secularism. It advocates freedom to practice any religion individually. The state would not endorse or enforce any religion and it would not participate in any religious matters

In terms of religions of India with significant populations, only Islam has religious laws in form of sharia which India allows as Muslim Personal Law. Secularism in India, thus, does not mean separation of religion from state. Instead, secularism in India means a state that is neutral to all religious groups.

Secularism is a concept applied to governance. It can't be promoted. It can only be practiced by the state, and not the individuals by its very own definition.

But our constitution is not really secular, rather it's plural. The moment states puts a finger on religions, it stops being secular. Our constitution provides for government to reform hindus, Sikhs, jains and Buddhists and at the same time discriminates hindus from having their own religious institutions to preserve, protect and promote their faith. That's not really secular. In USA where secularism is truly practised, all religions are given equal rights to have their own institutions unlike India's.

Some ways in which you can work to promote secularism in your country are:-

  •  respecting feelings of all the religion indiscriminately.
  •   involving peoples of every religion in dicision making of country.

ongoing water crisis in India that affects nearly 1 million people each year.[1] In addition to affecting the huge rural and urban population, the water scarcity in India also extensively affects the ecosystem and agriculture. India has only 4% of the world’s fresh water resources despite a population of over 1.3 billion people.[2] In addition to the disproportionate availability of freshwater, water scarcity in India also results from drying up of rivers and their reservoirs in the summer months, right before the onset of the monsoons throughout the country. The crisis has especially worsened in the recent years due to climate change which results in delayed monsoons, consequently drying out reservoirs in several regions. Other factors attributed to the shortage of water in India are a lack of proper infrastructure and government oversight and unchecked water pollution. The acute shortage of water for daily needs has prompted many government and non government organisations to take stringent measures to combat the problem. The Government of India has launched multiple schemes and programs, including the formation of an entire 'Jal Shakti' Ministry to deal with the problem. The government has also insisted on techniques such as rainwater harvesting, water conservation and more efficient irrigation. Agriculture alone is responsible for 80% of the country’s water usage.[2] Several large cities of India have experienced water shortages in recent years, with Chennai being the most prominent in 2019. The shortage of water affected the entire city of 9 million people and resulted in the closure of several hotels, restaurants and businesses. According to a report by the National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog), at least 21 major Indian cities, including the capital New Delhi will completely run out of groundwater by 2020. The report also noted that approximately 200,000 people die in India each year due to the lack of access to safe drinking water.[3] Impact Reasons for scarcity

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 2 months ago

Water scarcity in most cases is caused by over- exploitation, excessive use and unequal access to water among different social groups.

<div> Water scarcity may be an outcome of large and growing population and consequent greater demands for water, and unequal access to it. A large population means more water not only for domestic use but also to produce more food. Hence, to facilitate higher food-grain production, water resources are being over-exploited to expand irrigated areas and dry-season agriculture. </div>

Yes the national movement supported the idea that all adults have the right to vote as because in earlier time adults were not having full freedom for voting and this was very bad thing if we think from democracy point of view and this is the reason that in past most of the political leaders were corrupted . But in now day's everything has changed the adults are having full freedom to select their best leaders. Also somehow education has played important role in all those things as well.
