The Santhals were the tribal people whose occupation remain cultivation in the region of Rajmahal Hill in Bihar. A material that allows electricity to pass through it easily is called a conductor. Metals, especially silver, are good electrical conductors. Materials like glass and plastic are poor electrical conductors, and are called insulators.

It has to start at home. Educate and practice, that is the only way it can be inculcated into the psyche of people. We all have to contribute to it, not only the government. We all always try to do things easier way. But if we first start thinking about our convenience and the environment for any action that we do probably it will help. So the change has to come in the way people start thinking about it. A few things probably we all develop that will help environment. 1. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle – the three R’s 2. Use as far as possible locally produced groceries, goods and services. 3. Make each community as self-supporting as possible.

Plough, Hoe & Cultivator are three important tools which help in soil preparation.

Plough

Tool used for ploughing . It is made of iron/ wood. It is pulled by a pair of animals like cows/ oxen/ horses and operated by the farmer through the handle.  It has 3 important parts:

  • Ploughshare: strong triangular iron strip
  • Plough shaft: long log of wood
  • Beam: stand placed on animals’ neck

Hoe

Hoe is a tool used for loosening soil. It is made of wood or iron. A strong iron plate attached to the long rod acts like a blade and helps to loosen the soil. It is also pulled by animals.

Cultivator

Cultivator is a tool used for ploughing. Manual as well as tractor driven cultivators are used. Tractor driven cultivators are fast, thus save time and also saves human labor.

Communication between peoples occurs through text messages. Low quality Internet Connection can do the work of chatting whereas In Videoconferencing, communication occurs through Video and audio. A web service is any piece of software that makes itself available over the internet and uses a standardized XML messaging system. XML is used to encode all communications to a web service. For example, a client invokes a web service by sending an XML message, then waits for a corresponding XML response. As all communication is in XML, web services are not tied to any one operating system or programming language—Java can talk with Perl; Windows applications can talk with Unix applications.
