They are mostly located in cities not in town or rural area because the rular areas are the devloping areas but mojor cities are devloped that is the reason for why not private hospital or p.schools located in major cities not in town

Orientalist These are the Europeans that have great knowledge about the language and culture of the eastern countries. They thought of teaching the local languages, traditions,cultures,laws to the Europeans. They had a great respect towards history, traditions and culture of India. They opined to rule India better , it was necessary for the Europeans to learn about India. They translated the books of indian into English . They felt that the British should become the guardians and master's of Indian culture. William Jones founded the Asiatic society of Bengal 1784 .Madrasa at Calcutta in 1781 and the Hindu college in Benaras in 1791. Other orientalist were - Colebrooke , Natheniel Halhed , etc.
