A free charge is not bound to the nucleus and can have any energy from zero. Further, the energy possessed by it is always kinetic in nature. A bound charge, on the other hand, is bound to the nucleus and can have only quantized energies. The energy possessed by it is both potential and kinetic in nature with potential energy being greater always.

In Parliamentary form, executive is accountable to legislature at high level and Judiciary is independent. People of India have a direct role in electing their representatives and these representatives are accountable to the people. Accountability of Council of Ministers is checked by techniques like Question Hour, No-confidence Motion, etc. So we can say India has a parliamentary form of government.

Millions of years ago, dense forest and animal got buried under the soil due to natural process like floods, earthquakes and thunder storms. When they got buried deep in the soil, they were exposed to very high pressure and temperature. Under these conditions, these slowly got converted into coal. This process of formation of coal vegetation is called carbonization.

Before britishers arrived the villages were not in so good condition the income of peasants farmers and many small people donot earn very high income they have to pay revenue more than half of there income and they have to pay fixed revenue in any condition. The rich people like merchants bankers etc.were in good condition sometimes they were appointed by kings. The rich had no problem but poor was suffered. In the rule of aurangzeb it was very difficult for hindu farmers to survive.
