Revolution has been central to the formation of the modern world. The word itself refers to radical, transformative change and has many generic uses describing phenomena from the “industrial revolution” to the “sexual revolution.” As a historical process, “revolution” refers to a movement, often violent, to overthrow an old regime and effect complete change in the fundamental institutions of society. After the French Revolution of the 18th century which deposed the monarchy and attempted to refashion society from top to bottom, revolution became synonymous with the radical overcoming of the past.. Modernity, many came to believe, could only be achieved through such violent and total transformation.

. A disaster can be defined as an occurrence causing widespread destruction and distress. Disaster management does not avert or eliminate the threats; instead, it focuses on creating plans to decrease the effect of disasters. Failure to create a plan could lead to damage to assets, human mortality, and lost revenue. Events covered by disaster management include acts of terrorism, fire, human caused disaster (like electrical fire, structural issues, industrial sabotage), natural disasters (like earthquakes, hurricanes, Tsunami, flood etc.), public disorder, and communication failures. In order to avoid, or reduce significant losses to a business houses, emergency managers (preferably facility managers) should work to identify and anticipate potential risks, hopefully to reduce their probability of occurring.

Disaster management is the overall preparedness to handle the possibility of a disaster and efficient management of affected regions as well as people if such an incident were to occur. It involves plans and steps taken before, during and after a disaster to reduce the extent of suffering and damage.
A disaster – (natural or man-made) can strike anytime without warning. The disaster management is important because the geographical location and landscape of India exposes it to earthquakes and many kinds of weather- related disasters. In a developing country like India, usually the poor suffer the most. Therefore, it is extremely important for the government, the people and social organizations to be prepared with proper plans and arrangements to face any kind of disaster. Proper and prior planning can help in limiting and minimizing damages and losses resulting from any disaster – natural or man-made.

Endoplasmic Reticulum (ER) is a complex network of tubular membranes present within the cytoplasm of the eukaryotic cell, transpiring either with a smooth surface and therefore called as the smooth endoplasmic reticulum or studded with ribosomes and hence called the rough endoplasmic reticulum which is involved in the transportation of materials. These membranes are continuous, joining with the outer membrane of the nuclear membrane . They occur in almost every type of eukaryotic cell except red blood cells and sperm cells. It has a number of jobs within the cell. Its functions are varied. Be its protein synthesis, folding, transport of cellular materials or transport of various proteins, specifically carrying them to the Golgi apparatus. It makes its presence known in all the mentioned areas.

Millets (/ˈmɪlɪts/)[1] are a group of highly variable small-seeded grasses, widely grown around the world as cereal crops or grains for fodder and human food. Millets are important crops in the semiarid tropics of Asia and Africa (especially in India, Mali, Nigeria, and Niger), with 97% of millet production in developing countries.2The crop is favored due to its productivity and short growing season under dry, high-temperature conditions.

Oil refinery or petroleum refinery is an industrial process plant where crude oil is transformed and refined into more useful products such as petroleum naphtha, gasoline, diesel fuel, asphalt base, heating oil, kerosene, liquefied petroleum gas, jet fuel and fuel oils. Petrochemicals feed stock like ethylene and propylene can also be produced directly by cracking crude oil without the need of using refined products of crude oil such as naphtha. Oil refineries are typically large, sprawling industrial complexes with extensive piping running throughout, carrying streams of fluids between large chemical processing units, such as distillation columns. In many ways, oil refineries use much of the technology of, and can be thought of, as types of chemical plants.
