राष्ट्रभाषा क्या है ?(Rashtrabhasha kya hai)
✅ राष्ट्रभाषा का अर्थ है- समस्त राष्ट्र में प्रयुक्त भाषा अर्थात् आमजन की भाषा। जो समस्त राष्ट्र में जन-जन के विचार विनिमय का माध्यम हो।
✔️ राष्ट्रभाषा शब्द संवैधानिक शब्द नहीं है बल्कि यह प्रयोगात्मक व्यवहारिक व जन मान्यता प्राप्त शब्द है।
✅ राष्ट्रभाषा सामाजिक- सांस्कृतिक मान्यताओं परंपराओं के द्वारा सामाजिक सांस्कृतिक स्तर पर देश को जोङने का काम करती है।
✔️ राष्ट्रभाषा का प्रयोग क्षेत्र विस्तृत और देशव्यापी होता है। राष्ट्रभाषा(Rashtrabhasha) सारे देश की संपर्क भाषा होती है।
✅ राष्ट्रभाषा का रूप लचीला होता है और इसे जनता के अनुरूप किसी भी रूप में ढाला जा सकता है।
✔️ हमारे देश भारत की कोई भी राष्ट्रभाषा नहीं हैं। हिन्दी हमारे देश की राज भाषा है।
✅ हमारे देश की संपर्क भाषा और राजभाषा दोनों हिन्दी ही है।
राजभाषा क्या है ?(Rajbhasha kya hai)
✅ राजभाषा का शाब्दिक अर्थ है- राजकाज की भाषा। जो भाषा देश के राजकीय कार्यों के लिए प्रयुक्त होती है, वह ’राजभाषा’ कहलाती है।
✔️ राजाओं-नवाबों के जमाने में इसे ’दरबारी भाषा’ कहते थे।
✅ राजभाषा एक संवैधानिक शब्द है। हिन्दी को 14 सिंतबर 1949 को संवैधानिक रूप से राजभाषा घोषित किया गया, इसीलिए प्रत्येक वर्ष 14 सितंबर को ’हिन्दी दिवस’ के रूप में मनाया जाता है।
✔️ राजभाषा का एक निश्चित मानक स्वरूप होता है, जिसके साथ छेङछाङ या प्रयोग नहीं किया जा सकता।
✅ वर्तमान समय में भारत सरकार के कार्यालयों एवं हिन्दी-भाषी राज्यों में राजकाज हिन्दी में होता है। अन्य राज्य सरकारें अपनी-अपनी भाषाओं में कार्य करती है। यथा-महाराष्ट्र मराठी में, गुजरात गुजराती में, पंजाब पंजाबी में आदि।
