human resource is considered to be the best resource because humans can make the best use of the resources if they have knowledge, education and technology to do so. human beings are not only the consumer of national asset s, they can also be creators of national wealth. In fact human resources are superior to other resources such as land and capital because they make use of land and capital. Land and capital cannot be useful on their own

The Mercalli Intensity Scale was developed by the Italian volcanologist Giuseppe Mercalli in 1884 and expanded to include 12 degrees of intensity in 1902 by Adolfo Cancani. It was modified again by Harry O. Wood and Frank Neumann in 1931. It is known today as the Modified Mercalli Intensity Scale. The Modified Mercalli intensity scale (MM or MMI), developed from Giuseppe Mercalli's Mercalli intensity scale of 1902, is a seismic intensity scale used for measuring the intensity of shaking produced by an earthquake.

Fossilization refers to the regularly observed loss of progress in the attainment of a second language (L2) in linguistics as well as second language acquisition (SLA). This follows a stage where education occurred, despite usual exposure to and communication with the L2 and despite of any learner inspiration to continue.
Also, Fossilization refers to the process of replacement of an object's original minerals with others. The fossil will retain the same shape as the original but its chemical composition will be entirely different. Some types of fossilization are unaltered remains, per mineralization, recrystallization, and dissolution and replacement. Dissolution and replacement is when the water hits the bones, dissolves and the shape is still there.

The Ilbert Bill was introduced in 1883 for British India by Lord Ripon.
The Bill gave Indian judges and magistrates the power to try British offenders in criminal cases at the District level.
The introduction of the bill led to intense opposition in Britain and from British settlers in India. The Bill played on racial tensions.
White opposition forced the government to withdraw the bill. This enraged the Indians.
The bitter controversy deepened antagonism between the British and Indians and was a prelude to the formation of the Indian National Congress.
