Their industry fully depends upon the crop production in order to manufacture their products. the best known agro industries include cotton industry which manufacture cotton related products like jackets, clothes. the other example is sugarcane industry. India is the second largest country to produce sugarcane.

The Constituent Assembly was set up to draft out the constitution of India. The Constituent Assembly met numerous times while the Indian constitution was being written. The writing of the constitution took almost three years to be completed; from December 1946 to November 1949.
The meetings of the “Constituent Assembly” were held in New Delhi. The members of the assembly came from all over India, and from different political parties. The most important role was played by Dr B.R. Ambedkar, who was Chairman of the Drafting Committee. Under the supervision of Dr B.R. Ambedkar the document was finalised.
The Indian constitution was completed and adopted on 26 January 1950. On 26th January, India became a Republic and since Republic Day has been celebrated on 26th January every year.

In the beginning the camel was a lazy animal. He didn’t want to work and lived in the middle of a desert away from other working animals. But the animals never forgot him and his nature. They wanted him to work like them. They complained against him to the Djinn, who was in-charge of all deserts. The Djinn decided to punish such an idle animal. He told the Camel to work like other animals but the Camel showed no willingness to work. This made the Djinn angry. He put a curse on the Camel. Soon the Camel’s back puffed up into a big bump. This is how the Camel got a hump.

The Khilafat movement was took place between 1919 to 1924 in India as a protest against the dismantling of the Ottoman Empire and the abolition of the Caliphate who was regarded as the custodian of Islam. It was led by the Ali brothers in alliance with the Non-cooperation movement of the Congress.
