In Parliamentary form, executive is accountable to legislature at high level and Judiciary is independent. People of India have a direct role in electing their representatives and these representatives are accountable to the people. Accountability of Council of Ministers is checked by techniques like Question Hour, No-confidence Motion, etc. So we can say India has a parliamentary form of government.

Social forestry refers to the management and protection of forests and afforestation on barren lands. Lands are managed with the help of local village communities. These communities take care of forests and can also utilise forest resources to some extent for fulfilling their own needs and requirements.

Manual scavenging is the practice of removing human and animal waste to disposing grounds .
The Employment of Manual Scavenging and Construction of Dry Latrines (Prohibition) Act,1993’ this act prohibits the engagement or employment of persons for manually carrying human excreta, and further prohibits the construction or maintenance of dry latrines.
But ironically, in spite of having this legislation for more than 15 years, the practice of manual scavenging is rampant in various parts of the country in both the private and government establishments
