The key features of the Indian Constitution are explained below:
- Federalism- Our Constitution has provided for a federal form of government. This means that we have government at the state level and at the centre. Panchayati Raj is the third tier of government. India is a large country with a vast number of communities living together in it. It was important to have another level of government in states so that decisions could be made for that particular area. While each state in India enjoys autonomy in exercising powers on certain issues, subjects on national concern require that all of these states follow the laws of the central government. Under federalism, the states are agents of the federal government and they draw their authority from the Constitution.
- Parliamentary form of Government - The different tiers of government consists of representatives who are elected by the people. The Constitution of India guarantees universal adult franchise for all citizens. This means that people of India have a direct role in electing their representatives. At the same time, every citizen of the country, irrespective of his/her social background, can also contest in elections. These representatives are accountable to the people.
- Separation of Powers - There are three organs of the state—the legislature, the executive and the judiciary. In order to prevent the misuse of power by any one branch of the state, the Constitution says that each of these organs should exercise different powers. In this way, each organ acts as a check on the other organs of the state and this establishes a balance of power between the three.
- Fundamental Rights - Fundamental Rights are called the conscience of the Indian Constitution. These Rights protect against the absolute exercise of power by the state. The Constitution thus guarantees the rights of individuals against the state as well as against other individuals.

The presence of localized resources is greatly effected by physical factors. These factors are both man made and natural. These are following;
Climatic changes that occur in the environment tend to change the natural condition which are necessary for the existence of the localized resources. A change in the wind, temperature, humidity , rain schedule, floods may have an effect.
The man man physical effects include the motor/fuel production in the environment, the deforestation, globalization, construction and etc may create factors that effect the resources adversely.

On the basis of origin resources are of 2 types-
1) biotic resources
biotic resources are also known as living resources.they include plants, animals and microorganisms.thus, they are renewable
for example-agricultural crops, wild and domestic animals etc
2) abiotic resources
we get abiotic resources from physical or non living environment. these resources can be exhausted after excessive use. thus these resources are non renewable.

History helps us develop a better understanding of the world.
You can’t build a framework on which to base your life without understanding how things work in the world. History paints us a detailed picture of how society, technology, and government worked way back when so that we can better understand how it works now. It also helps us determine how to approach the future, as it allows us to learn from our past mistakes (and triumphs) as a society.
2. History helps us understand ourselves.
To understand who you are, you need to develop a sense of self. A large part of that is learning where you fit into the story of your country or the global community in the grand scheme of things. History tells you the story of how your nation, city, or community came to be everything that it is. It tells you where your ancestors came from and tells you who they were. Most importantly of all, it gives you the ability to spot (and appreciate) the legacies you may have inherited from them.
3. History helps us learn to understand other people.
History isn’t just an essential introduction to your own country, ethnic heritage, and ancestry. It’s also a valuable tool when it comes to understanding those who are different from us. Global, national, and regional history books help us understand how other cultures affect our own.
They encourage us to develop a greater appreciation for multicultural influences within our own communities as well – exactly why everyone should study African American history, immigrant history, and so forth, regardless of their own cultural background.
4. History teaches a working understanding of change.

Many historians blame Aurangzeb for the decline of mughal empire, They said he reimposed the jizya tax on non-Muslims , he even took tax from the local people , he spent 25 years out of his empire to fight with the Maratha's and made Sikhs and Hindus live according to Islam. Aurangzeb's son, Bahadur Shah I, repealed the religious policies of his father and attempted to reform the administration. "However, after his death in 1712, the Mughal dynasty sank into chaos and violent feuds.
