A fossil fuel, petroleum is formed when large quantities of dead organisms, usually zooplankton and algae, are buried underneath sedimentary rock and subjected to both intense heat and pressure. Petroleum has mostly been recovered by oil drilling.

Polyester is a synthetic fiber derived from coal, air, water, and petroleum.. Polyester is a term often defined as long-chain polymers chemically composed of at least 85% by weight of an ester and a dihydric alcohol and a terephthalic acid. In other words, it means the linking of several esters within the fibers.

CNG and LPGs are the cleanest burning fuels of all fossil fuels.
Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and LPGs(Liquid Petroleum Gas) are less polluting, non corrosive, clean fuels which can be used for burning.
Calorific value of these fuels are very high Hence they are used for cooking purpose.
