If we go on cutting trees the following things can happen, Number one there can be shortage of various tree products which we get in our daily life Second there can be shortage in rainfall as the transpiration from trees are also helps in rainfall Third the air can get polluted as the the amount of Oxygen will reduce in the atmosphere as the trees give out the oxygen and take in carbon dioxide and due to the same there can be disturbance in the proper balance of atmospheric gases

Trees give out oxygen, even because of them we have the rains, in short they maintain the ecological balance. If we would cut trees what is going to happen is that population won't stop growing but oxygen in the atmosphere will reduce. ... They breathe in carbon dioxide and breathe out oxygen.
